1.岗位职责：

1.郊县扩张：评负责郊县区的经销商/分销商的开发与维护、RTM架构搭建和调整、核心售点的把控等
2.城市进阶：根据公司对各阶段的重点发展指引，推动各城市不断提升所属阶段，促进各城市提升市场份额及高端销量
3.经销商管理：评估经销商的管理和服务水平；阶段销量落实，按阶段目标调整和开发经销商；年度/季度/月度目标和回顾会议
4.销售团队管理：组织晨会，参与周计划会议；评估团队的工作效率；实地培训/协同拜访/提升团队销售效率指标
5.RTM部门的其他相关工作  

2.岗位要求：

1.大专以上学历
2.需要至少3年快消品销售经验，流通渠道的拜访经历，有流通渠道客情关系
3.出色执行力
4.有良好的销售商务知识和分析能力
5.具备良好的灵活的沟通技巧和协作能力
