职位描述
1.岗位职责:
1.执行新的/调整的销售流程(晨会、常规会议、议事日程、售点访问、销售量信息、销售量预测、现场销售目标设定、销售激励、目视管理)
2.销售团队人数优化
3.监督销售团队生产率关键绩效指标(销售量/FTE、Maco/FTE、售点分布率、订单成功率等等)
4.学习、收集并分析各地不同的SST和销售流程实行实践,为今后改进提供建立数据库
5.根据销售团队要求和销售流程需要,设计并调整销售流程工具,以实现销售流程高效地执行
6.培训销售人员(现场销售流程,托马斯调研流程&工具)
7.技术销售实施和支持
8.领导并监督售点分析和托马斯调研
2.岗位要求:
1.大专或本科以上学历
2.3年以上快消行业销售经验,如有酒水饮料类相关销售或本岗位工作经验优先考虑
3.2年以上带领销售团队相关经验者优先
4.有良好的销售商务知识和分析能力
5.具备良好的灵活的沟通技巧和协作能力
6.具备优秀的办公软件使用技巧,尤其是Excel & PPT
