职位描述
1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的
Provide support for SFA/WCCS Roll-out and maintenance / 提供SFA及WCCS上线支持及后期维护
Ensure system operation smoothly/确保系统运行
Ensure the accuracy and quality of system data and tracking/跟踪并确保销售记录的准确性
SFA 手持终端 SFA使用率STR覆盖率 系统切换 系统维护
2. Accountabilities 职责
SFA线路调整; Route Adjustment
信息维护/上线/经销商系统切换、经销商系统上线; Data Maintenance/Rollout/System conversion and rollout
日报; Daily report
售点新增; Add in new POC
手机设备管理; Phone and device management
相关数据查询(SFA,销售效率,经销商进出货情况)、报表处理,系统使用情况跟踪;
Related data inquiry (SFA, Sales Efficiency report, WS inventory data), Report generating, track system usage
业务员终端操作疑问解答; Provide solutions for M1 on device issues
WCCS
系统切换、经销商系统上线; System conversion and rollout
M1的KPI系统维护; M1 KPI maintenance
经销商Wccs系统疑问解答; Provide solutions for WS on system use
促销等系统数据维护; Promotion and other system data maintenance
系统基础数据维护(售点,SKU,人员维护,销售架构维护, 等; System data maintenance (POC, SKU, FTE data, sales hierarchy, etc)
3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
Colleague bachelor degree on business administration, management, economics, etc, / 商务管理,经济学等相关学士学位
Previous experience in customer service, system operation / 具备客户服务,系统运行相关经验
At least 2 years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable / 至少2年工作经验,有快销行业工作经验优先考虑
Good analytical skills; / 良好的分析能力
General knowledge of business performance practices / 基本商务知识
Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint / 良好的电脑技能,主要是Excel和PPT
Good communication skill and coaching skill / 良好的沟通技巧和培训技巧
Good English skill / 英语水平优良
Good learning ability / 良好的学习能力
