职位描述：
? Development Engineering Duties归属于开发工程团队的职责
o Generate, review, and/or study technical project scope or product definition documents. Communicate questions or issues with written project scope or product definitions to R&D Engineering personnel for clarification or modification of documents.

o Participate in design review sessions. 参加设计评审会议。
o Design of analog, digital, circuits and embedded firmware. Perform circuit design and calculations, modeling using Spice tools, tolerance analysis, prototyping, validation, and verification testing of product designs. Schedule and perform design reviews and meetings during product development milestones and insure consistency in design reviews, verification, and qualification efforts.

o Act as an electrical engineering resource for CPI vendor base. Communicate technical nature of products to new or existing vendors. Explain products to new or existing vendors so they can provide an accurate and thorough quote.

o Assist commercial team in evaluating customer’s requirements.

o Help quality personnel when faced with quality problems with existing products. Evaluate suspect products and provide written reports to Quality department on root cause analysis.

要求：
? 5 years’ minimum (10 years preferred) of product design experience with electronics and circuit design.
? Experience with both digital and analog circuit designs in an embedded control environment

? Familiarity with design analysis, calculations, and FMEA process in vetting a product design for safety critical applications. Competence in the use of computer design tools like schematic capture, AutoCAD, etc.

? Familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, outlook and Microsoft Project for project reporting and data organization

? Fluent English on both written and spoken. CET-6 certification is preferred.

? 5 days in the office.

5年最低（10年优先）产品设计经验，电子和电路设计。
