职位描述：
-Daily cash/bank works, including money received and paid and other related cashier works
负责公司日常银行款项收付及相关工作;

-VAT invoices issuing and authentication VAT-in
增值税发票开具及进项税发票的认证;

- Prepare and record Daily related entry, accounting voucher's filing and management
负责日常相关凭证的录入, 会计凭证的归档和管理;

- Operate the general taxpayer enterprise accounting and import and export business account, familiar with foreign trade accounting process and methods, can independently complete the whole set of financial processing and financial accounting
操作一般纳税人企业会计和进出口业务账目，熟悉外贸会计处理流程和方法，能够独立完成企业整套的财务处理及财务核算

- Support on monthly closing procedure for finance reports, prepare for the cash flow statement, Balance sheet, Income statement and other reports
协助完成月度结账及财务报表, 编制现金流量表、资产负债表、利润表等报表;

- Tax reports preparation, including but not limited to VAT, tax refund and Company income tax. Independent and timely completion of tax declaration, declaration, tax refund and other work. Familiar with the export tax rebate, online tax declaration and online export tax rebate system.
准备税务申报表，包括但不限于增值税、出口退税及企业所得税; 独立按时完成报税，申报，退税等各项工作。熟悉出口退税、网上报税和网上出口退税系统;

- Familiar with foreign trade tax refund process
熟悉精通外贸会计退税流程;

-Liaise with bank and SAFE to better understand and follow up the overseas payments and receivable regulation and tax issues.
与银行，外管局，税局保持紧密沟通，以更好的了解与遵循国家跨境收付款业务及涉税事项;

- Coordinate financial audit and tax audit to ensure the completion of audit report;
协调年度外部审计和税审工作顺利开展，确保在规定时间内完成相关审计报告

- Responsible for the relevant licenses and annual inspection affairs
负责相关证照的办理及年检事务;

- Responsible for daily administrative affairs
负责部分公司日常行政事项

-Other assignment
完成财务部负责人交办的其他工作;
工作职责：
? - College degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field.
? 大专或以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业
? - Be in an understanding of basic tax regulations and PRC knowledge;
? - 了解基础的税务政策及会计准则；
? - Proficient in tax system & MS Office& Finance system (Yonyou)
? 熟悉税务和微软Office和财务软件(用友)
? -Familiar with tax and VAT refunds practice;
? 熟悉税务和出口退税方面实际操作；
? 4+ year relevant working experience at least
? 四年以上工作经验
? - Work independently and have spirit of team work
? 能独立完成工作并具备团队合作精神
