职位描述：
1． 主持采购招投标，为开发项目采购所需物资。根据项目需求制定采购计划，保证项目顺利进行，负责公司项目采购工作，进行询价、比价、签定采购合同，验收、评估及定期的采购报表，采购分析工作。
1. Carry out procurement tendering to supply required items for projects. Make procurement plans according to the requirements of projects to ensure that projects go on as scheduled. Responsible for procurement for company projects; inquiry, price comparison and signing purchase contract, inspection and acceptance of purchased items; responsible for regular procurement reports and purchase analysis.
2． 开发、选择、处理与考核供应商，建立供应商档案管理制度，根据公司要求，规范、考察、管理供应商。
2. Develop, select, handle and assess suppliers; establish filing system for supplier archives; manage supplier based on the requirements, standards and regulations of the company.
3． 实时掌握市场价格、技术信息，不断为公司推荐新产品、新技术。
3. Collect real-time market pricing and technology data and recommend new products and new technologies for the company.
4．收集已使用产品的性能和质量信息，不断改进采购产品的质量。
4. Collect performance and quality information about products used to improve the quality of purchased products.
5．负责本部门其他采购工作，签订采购合同并督促合同的如期履行，下达订单，跟踪进度及交货情况。
5. Responsible for other procurement tasks of the department; sign purchase contracts and ensure the contracts are implemented as scheduled. Follow up the delivery status of purchased items.
6. 协助采购经理进行日常采购管理工作，与技术部、质检部等相关业务部门紧密协作，完成部门或领导交办的任务。
6. Assist procurement manager in handling daily procurement management; work closely with engineering department, quality inspection department and other related departments. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or top management.

职位需求与任职条件：Job Requirements and Qualifications
1．大专及以上学历，机械制造、物流等相关专业
1. Junior college or above education background, majoring in machinery manufacturing, logistics or other related subjects.
2．5年以上相关行业供应链管理经验，熟悉生产管理流程，对产品的质量控制有较丰富的经验
2. 5 years or above experience in supply chain management in this industry; familiar with the process of production management; rich experience in product quality control.
3．优秀的口头表达能力，较强的商业意识及谈判技巧。
3. Excellent oral expression ability, strong commercial awareness and good negotiation skills.
4． 具有良好的团队管理能力，工作认真，责任心强，抗压性强，具备合作精神和较强的独立处事能力。
4. Good team management ability; good working attitude; strong sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure; good team spirit and ability to work independently.
5． 有外企工作经历，可用英语书面、口头交流者优先考虑
