职位描述：
Design of mechanical products to include spark electrodes, metal parts, and associated products.
机械产品的设计包括火花电极，金属部件和相关产品。
Schedule and perform design reviews and meetings during product development milestones and insure consistency in design reviews, verification, and qualification efforts.

1. Coordinate testing and verification of product designs. Assist in product testing and quality plan requirements. Assist with qualification and approval of purchased component manufacturers as needed.

2. Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.

3. Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.

7. Accomplish product design and project management duties to include scheduling, concept planning and review, schedule design reviews with peers and other department individuals.

8. Provide supervision or project coordination to drafters, designers, and technicians who assist with specific assignments. Assist with mechanical drafting as needed.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
机械工程学学士
2. English, both written and oral
具有良好的英文书写及口语表达能力。
3. 5 to 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
5至7年以上相关领域工作经验或相关工作经验。
4. Familiarity with design analysis, calculations, and FMEA process in vetting a product design.
熟练设计分析、计算，及在审查产品设计时运用FMEA流程。
5. Competence in the use of computer design tools such as CAD tools – AutoCad and Solidworks or Pro-E.
精通使用计算机设计软件，如CAD–AutoCAD及Solidworks或Pro-E的使用。
6. International coordinated design experience, interfacing with international suppliers to achieve product designs within schedule windows.
有在跨国公司从事协调和设计经验，与跨国供应商沟通交流，在时间表内完成产品设计。
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel for project reporting and data organization.
