职位描述：
1、编制并组织落实大客户渠道的发展规划。
Formulate and implement key account channel development plans.
2、组织大客户渠道的客户、销售信息填写、收集、分析及上报。
Collect, analyze and report information concerning customers in key account channels and sales data.
3、定期制定并上报大客户销售统计报表。
Regularly make key account sales statistical statement and report to supervisor.
4、组织建立大客户档案。
Compile key account archives.。
5、组织收集大客户渠道市场竞争对手、市场行情、政策变动等信息，提出应对策略。
Collect information related to competitors in key account channels, market conditions, policy changes etc. and come up with countermeasures.
职位需求与任职条件：Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. 大专以上学历，机械制造、市场营销等相关专业
Junior college or above education background; majoring in machinery manufacturing, marketing or other related subjects.
2. 了解市场营销专业知识和商务礼仪，具有基本的谈判技巧，熟悉基本的机械原理，略懂法律知识和财务结算知识
Know something about professional marketing knowledge and business etiquette, have basic negotiation skills; be familiar with basic mechanical principles and have some knowledge about law and financial settlement.
3、熟悉公司生产管理制度和产品生产周期，了解矿山机械生产工艺流程及本公司产品工作原理
Be familiar with the production management system and product lead time of our company, master the production process of mining machinery and the working principles of our products.
4、有较好的商务谈判能力、沟通、协调能力、执行能力，有较强的客户服务意识，能承受较大的工作压力，能适应长期出差。
Possess strong business negotiation ability as well as organization, communication, coordination and implementation abilities; have strong working principle and customer service awareness; be able to work under pressure and adaptable to long-term travel.
5、具有强烈的责任心和事业心。
Have a strong sense of responsibility and career ambition.
6、3年以上营销工作经验，英语纯熟优先。

Shaorui Heavy Industries Co., Ltd, formerly known as Shaorui Mechanical Manufacture Co. Ltd, was founded in August 1992 as a joint venture.
