职位描述：
1、 按照技术部部长分配的产品主攻方向对产品电气部分进行研发、设计。
 Responsible for R&D and design of electrical devices for the products specified by the director of engineering department.
2、 负责销售过程中的整条生产线电气部分的设计。
Responsible for the design of electrical layout and related details for production plants.
3、 协助采购对电气外包供应商进行评估，以及外包部分技术的引进和转化
Assist the procurement department in evaluating suppliers of electrical devices; introduce the technologies of outsourcing suppliers and try to convert them to our own knowledge and know-how.
4、 协助采购对公司有关电气部分的质量和成本控制。
Assist the procurement department in quality and cost control of electrical devices.
5、 负责新产品电气部分的开发，确保公司产品具有竞争优势，对新产品电气部分的可行性方案的设计，新产品电气部分的试制、试产进行全过程跟踪。
 Responsible for development of electrical devices for new products to ensure the advantages of our products in competition; follow up the whole development process of the electric devices including the initial design of feasible schemes for electrical devices, production and test-run of prototypes of those devices.
6、 对产品电气部分资料进行完善和建档，并确保技术资料的安全。
 Complete documentation and archives for all the information related to the electrical devices for our products and ensure the safety of the technical data.
7、 上级部门临时交代的岗位职责范围内的技术性工作。
 Other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.

职位需求与任职条件 Job requirements and qualifications
1、 电子、电气或相关专业，本科及以上学历；英语要求能读能写能说
Bachelor or above education background; majoring in electronics, electrical engineering or related subjects; fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
2、 三年以上电气产品设计经验；
Three years or above experience in design of electrical products.
3、熟练掌握PLC系统，并能用相关软件编程；
 Know well the PLC system and capable of programming with relevant software.
4、熟悉电气布线、电气控制柜设计、电气部件选型；
 Know well the electrical wiring, design of electrical control cabinet and selection of proper electrical components.
5、熟悉强电部分的设计和元器件的选型；
 Know well the design of heavy-current devices and selection of the components.
6、沟通协调能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
Good communication skills and team spirit; able to handle work pressure.
7、能坚守工作原则，保守公司秘密；

Shaorui Heavy Industries Co., Ltd, formerly known as Shaorui Mechanical Manufacture Co. Ltd, was founded in August 1992 as a joint venture. The enterprise is located in the city of Shaoguan, which is the key area for heavy industry in north of Guangdong Province.
