GENERAL DESCRIPTION 概述
Assist in the development and implementation of supplier management programs. Track and qualify or disqualify suppliers according to organization's standards. Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory departments.Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects.
协助开发和实施管理供应商计划。 根据公司的标准跟踪和限定或取消供应商资格。 与供应，工程，制造和监管部门沟通并保持良好的关系。通过开展审计，分析产品缺陷和领导持续性的改进项目，调查，分析和解决供应商的质量问题。

1. Work with Supply Chain to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.
与供应链团队合作，确保定期报告供应商产品质量情况，并实施适当和及时的纠正措施。

2. Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule.
维护对于关键供应商的审核系统，及时更新进度表。

3. Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.
进行供应商审核，推动流程标准化，消除浪费，并持续改进其质量。


4. Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Supplier OTD (Past due), DPPM and waste.
监控、沟通和提高关于供应链的关键KPI指标，包括供应商OTD（逾期），DPPM和浪费。

5. Establish specific short / long term supplier quality goals.
建立短期或者长期供应商质量目标


6. Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances.
协调和解决供应商和客户提出的问题和分析质量问题的根本原因，以消除沟通不一致而导致的质量问题反复。


7. Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.
及时解决供应商的技术问题，确保供应的连续性。

8. Aide Manufacturing in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier materials following a defined new product development process
协助提供新产品的供应商在新产品定义后的评估和确认开发过程。

9. Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base.
在保证供应商供应量的基础上，执行“零缺陷”理念。

10. Actively manage suppliers to ensure there are no regressions with the implementation of new processes.
积极管控供应商产生的质量问题，确保新的工艺流程的实施。


11. Aide in the new, probationary, and rejected supplier transition process.
在发掘潜在供应商并在其转化为正式供应商的过程中，提供协助。

12. Travel to supplier locations to resolve quality issues.
出差到供应商工厂解决质量问题。

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Technical skills with material spec evaluations, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Design of Experiments.
具备材料规格评估、统计过程控制、失效模式和成果分析和实验设计的技能。

2. Usage of QC tools such as 8D, 7 Quality Tools and problem solving techniques
使用QC工具如8D，7大质量工具和解决问题的技巧。
3. Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
推动公司产品的质量改进和效能改进提高。

4. Analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters.
根据特定的参数分析性能数据和图表。
5. Consider the application of environmental and health and safety standards.
懂得环境和健康和安全标准的应用。
6. Bachelor’s degree in an applied science or engineering field preferred
应用科学或工程专业本科学历优先。
7. Experience with six sigma and other quality standards or methodologies strongly preferred
有六西格玛及其他质量标准或方法者优先。
8. Strong math and statistics background
拥有较强的数学和统计学背景。
9. 1 to 3 years prior experience in Quality Assurance for OEM & consumer product manufacturer
1至3年以上OEM及消费品制造商质检经验。
10. Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
有合同制造商、供应商或经销商的工作经验。
11. Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills
出色的书面和口头沟通能力。
12. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access are required
