Manager / 经理
We are looking for a Manager for Anaitasuna (Kunshan) Investment Consuolting Services Management Co., Ltd., a Spanish company specialized in management of Mondragon (Kunshan) Industry Park, to provide consulting service and necessary support.
我们正在为昆山和轩投资咨询服务管理有限公司寻找一名经理，负责蒙德拉贡昆山工业园区的日常运营和管理，以及为园区内企业提供必要的支持。

Responsibilities:
? Provide basic service to the cooperatives in terms of the industrial park management, engineering issues, technical problems, etc.
? Ensure the daily operation of the industrial park and coordinate different departments (HR, Finance, IT, Logistic, etc.) to provide efficient service
? Work with Shanghai office in cost management of the industrial park and team management
? Support Shanghai office in the relationship management with the local government, customs and other relevant authorities.

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above 本科或以上学历
? Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge, can solve engineering problems independently 基本的机械/电气知识，能独立处理园区供电/供水/设备等产生的基本问题
? At least 5 years of experience in relevant position, experience in Industry Park is a plus 5年以上的相关工作经验，有工业园区管理经验的优先考虑
? Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing. Good Spanish is a priority 英语听说读写流利, 会说西班牙语者优先考虑
? Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office and internet. 熟练使用微软办公软件以及熟悉互联网应用
? Outstanding communication and organization skills, coordination ability, honest, teamwork and leadership; good at managing relationship with government 良好的沟通和组织能力，协调能力，诚实，有团队精神，能辅助处理政府关系
