职位描述：
Our client is a privately-held marketing and distribution organisation established in Greater China. It partners with leading brand companies to bring a wide array of quality products to Greater China while driving success for its people and business partners, protecting the environment and serving the communities in which it operates.

Purpose of the Job:
'A project manager to lead the implementation of natural extract initiative including the selection of the manufacturing location, facility design, equipment selection, manufacturing set up.

Key Result Areas:
'Business
1. Take part in the formulation and execution of the natural extract / manufacturing strategies and business operation with reference to external market situation to help achieve the Business Line’s target business goals;
2. Assist in defining the areas of opportunities in the natural market (products & customers);
3. Selection of the location which shoud meet the overall SCM requirements.

Operation & Administration
4. Design the manufacturing facility to maximize the best operation efficient & effectiveness;
5. Define the right equipment setup to meet the needs of this initiative;
6. Be the significant partner in price negotiation with the equipment suppliers;
7. Supervise the manufacturing setup and the equipment installation;
8. Manage the license process to assure the accuracy & adequacy.

Knowledge And Skills:
Strong product knowedge in natural extract process;
Strong project managment skills,preferrably Certified PM;
Well understanding of the natural extract equipment brands and their capabilities and limitations;
Strong understanding of the equipment maintenance needs;
Run the natural extract operations.

Education Background:
Bacholer Degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.

Working Experience:
10 year experience in natural extract manufacturing operations and equipment management
Work as PM in MNCs or Top 5 NE Manufacturing.

Language Skills:
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
