职位描述：
Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Lead and manage the Finance & Controlling department to provide high quality and efficient finance & accounting services to the employees and management. 领导和管理财务部门，向公司和管理层提供高质量和效率的财务会计支持服务；
2. Develop, implement and execute strategic Finance & Accounting business plan in alignment with Corporate/Division/Company goals and objectives to facilitate the contribution to business results. 按照集团、事业部和公司要求和目标，发展实施和执行财务会计计划，协助达成业务目标；
3. Follow China/corporate/division policies; setup and update standard internal control process/procedure/policy to enhance risk management and internal control, monitor the policy execution in line with China/corporate/division and internal control standards, regulations, laws and procedures.遵守执行中国、集团和事业部的政策，建立和完善标准的内部控制流程、程序和政策以提高风险管理和内控水平；监控各项政策符合中国、集团和事业部的内控标准、制度、法律和程序；
4. Keep updated with IAS and PRC GAAP; and supervise and monitor all accounting activities in order to make sure all reports and ledgers are in line with all accounting standards; Monitor the cost accounting process in order to ensure accuracy of cost accounting and compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies; ensure general ledger and sub ledger reconciliation.按照国际会计准则和中国会计准则，监管和控制所有的会计活动，以确保所有的报表和账务处理符合会计规范；监控成本核算程序以保证成本准确和符合会计准则和集团政策要求；

5. Provide timely, accurate and reliable financial reports to division and plant management; trace the trend and fluctuation, analyze the behind reason, and provide findings to management in order to monitor the operation activities and provide supporting information to management for decision making向事业部和工厂管理层提供及时准确可信的财务报告，协助管理运营和提供支持信息给管理层来做决策；

6. Lead and manage to prepare budgeting, rolling forecast and quarterly forecast, and control the expenses within the budget to meet plant business needs.领导和管理准备预算，预测和滚动季度预测；按照预算控制各项费用；
7. Trace the treasury policy; review and authorize all payments in order to ensure all policies strictly followed with corporate treasury policy and internal control procedure; Prepare liquidity planning, reasonably arrange funds and reduce the cost of capital.管理现金政策，对付款进行审核和授权以确保符合集团的现金管理政策和内控程序；准备现金流计划，合理的筹划资金并控制资金成本；

8. Review and monitor all taxation activities; and trace and keep updated with tax law in order to ensure accuracy to tax records and ensure that all taxation activities comply with tax law.审核和监控税务活动，了解并执行最新的税务法律以确保记录的准确性和合法性；

9. Lead fixed assets, inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable management to ensure reasonable NWC management. 负责固定资产、库存、应收账款和应付账款管理，实现净营运资本的合理化；
10. Liaise with internal and external auditors and professional consultants to carry out required company audit/legal activities.协调内外部审计和专业顾问，参与审计和法律相关事务；

11. Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit also with team; fully responsible for people management, coaching, training and development to rise employee competency to achieve company objectives.管理和指导财务团队提高专业精神和凝聚力，负责对下属的管理、指导、培训和发展以提高员工业务能力，达成公司目标；
12. Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, sister company, cross function departments as necessary.与集团其他事业部、兄弟公司，其他部门进行团队协作，如有必要；





Requirement岗位要求：
1. University graduate in Finance / Accounting, CPA qualification preferred. 财经会计类本科以上学历，注册会计优先；

2. 10 years finance and accounting in multinational manufactory with 5 years management level. 十年以上外资制造业财务会计经验，五年以上管理经验；

3. Solid hands-on and technical experience in finance, accounting, controlling, taxation and treasury is must. 必须有财务、会计、控制、税务、资金管理的全面知识和经验；

4. Familiar with IAS accounting and reporting requirement.熟悉国际会计准则下的财务和报表要求；

5. Familiar with practices and statutory requirements in China.了解中国法律要求和实务操作；

6. Strategic planning. 战略计划技巧；

7. Strong analytical and problem solving skill.优秀的分析和解决问题能力；

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.优秀的人际和沟通能力；

9. Familiar with ERP and finance system implementation, development and upgrade.熟悉ERP和财务系统的实施，发展和优化；
