在本地团队承担技术顾问角色,与美国顾问团队一起参与PeopleSoft HCM(人力资源管理系统)项目开发,完成项目交付.
公司根据技术顾问责任与目标,制定合适的培训计划,帮助顾问快速系统的掌握PeopleSoft开发及相关技术技能,使顾问能够轻松自信的发挥自己能力。公司提供跨国团队合作环境,帮助顾问掌握跨国项目技能。
公司拥有专业经验丰富顾问团队,帮助顾问进行职业发展规划,制定或提供必要的学习或培训计划,使顾问具备良好的职业素养及技能。
Take technical consultant role in local team; work on PeopleSoft development with US consultant team, to finish project delivery
Kyosay Global provides training plan for every consultant with corresponding objective and responsibility, to help Consultant master PeopleSoft development skill quickly, and work in Kyosay comfortably.
Kyosay Global provides multinational work environment, help consultant to acquire multinational project skill and English speaking skill.
Kyosay Global has professional and multinational consultant team, will work with team member to customize career plan and progress plan, provides training to help consultant to be professional.
工作职责:
1. 与本地, 美国团队一起,参与项目计划,需求分析、技术方案设计、开发及测试工作.
基于用户业务及技术需求提供高质量的技术解决方案.
2. 参与项目管理文档制定,建立需求,分析、设计、开发及测试文档.
3. 参与开发及技术标准,规范的制定,参与开发及技术解决方案质量控制.
4. 学习并掌握PeopleSoft技术知识,如数据库开发(SQL Server, Oracle DB), People Tools, People Code, SQR, COBOL, Application engine等.
5. 学习理解PeopleSoft HRMS各模块功能及使用.
6. 参与公司内部项目.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with local and US team, to participate in project plan, requirement collection and analysis, design, development and testing.
2. Translate user needs into high-value solutions.
3. Work with team to build development project management document, Participates in composing of project documentations of all phases
4. Work with team to build development, technical standard and specification. Engage in development and technical solution review and quality control of deliverables.
5. Enroll training to understand and master PeopleSoft development and related technical skill, such as People Tools, People Code, SQR, COBOL and Application Engine etc.
6. Enroll training to understand PeopleSoft application and modules.
7. Participate in company internal projects.
任职要求
1. 计算机技术或计算机应用相关专业本科学历
2. 2年及以上开发经验.
3. 1年及以上数据库SQL开发经验,如在MS SQL server 2005, Oracle 9I,10,11G数据库SQL开发经验
4. 对主流操作系统有一定使用经验,如MS WINDOWS 2003,LINUX/UNIX
5. 英语读写流利, 通过大学英语四级或以上,英语口语良好者优先
6. 对Oracle, PeopleSoft, 用友,金蝶等HRMS产品工作经验者优先,技术顾问工作经验者优先
7. 良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神,积极进取.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Application.
2. Two years experiences in application development
3. One year experiences in Database SQL programming, such as SQL programming with MSSQL Server 2005, Oracle 9i, 10, 11G Database.
4.Good reading and written English, passed CET-4, good English speaking is preferable.
5. HRMS technical, development experience is preferable, such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, UFIDA, KINDEE HRMS products etc.
6.Good interpersonal skill and team working spirit, Positive attitude. Independent and self-motivated
