Position Accountabilities:

1. Monitoring the daily work of sub-ordinate to complete job on time

2. Verify & review the correctness of document provided by shipper

3. Monitor the correctness of documents for special licensed shipment

4. Coordinate with CS / OP for daily documentation handover

5. Follow up the bill of lading instructions of routing orders from overseas offices/agent

6. Ensure the freight is moved within commitment.

7. System data compliance.

8. Solving documentation problem and propose documentation guideline.

9. Preparing for necessary statistics report

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree with knowledge and experience in seafreight documentation handling

2.3 year working experience in the freight forwarding industry

3.Able to handle a full set of sea freight documents

4.Excellent typing skill

5.Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word

6.Know how to AMS submission is preferable.

7.Fair written and spoken English

·与客服及海外分公司合作确保客户文件及单据准确性

·确保日常文件处理工作流程畅顺

·确保货物可准时安全抵达目的地

·独立解决问题及处理资料

·良好英文打字速度

·本科以上学历，具备国际贸易及货运知识、物流等相关专业优先

·大学英语四级以上

·良好的沟通能力、做事细心，具团队精神

·工作态度认真、负责及主动

·熟悉电脑操作

·懂美洲AMS更佳
