Requirement:
1. Detail minded, result oriented, and team worker
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin in both writing and verbal
3. Minimum 5 years experience in factory compliance auditing and coaching and minimum 2 years experience at management level.
4. Strong knowledge about customer compliance procedures and audit standards, i.e. Wal-Mart, Target, SHC
5. Also good knowledge about other US regulatory compliance
6. Sound experience in working with factories, conducting audit and coaching
7. Sound experience in working with customer auditing team

Responsibility:
1. Establishing company compliance procedures
2. Arranging audit and coaching schedule in compliance team
3. Conducting compliance audits and coaching to factories about capacity, capability, quality, social compliance, C-TPAT and assessing factories' potential risks, help them keeping compliant to customers' requirement
4. Follow up factories implementation of their CAP
5. Coordinating with US based Compliance Manager and Global Procurement team on all compliance related stuff, including scheduling and arranging audit application with customers;
6. Reporting and updating factory compliance status through email or conference call
7. Participating customers' training and meeting about compliance
