Our client is a leading lingerie and swimwear Manufacturer with over 4000 employees and production in China and Vietnam. They have a worldwide customer base including high fashion brands, department stores and specialty stores. They now seek an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to join their Shunde Office in China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate standardization of multiple factories and overseas factories scenario
-SAM / SMV database creation
-Close partnership with Production in driving SAM rationalization
-Coach IE team / Mechanics in workplace / equipment / workflow engineering to drive higher production efficiency and lower production cost
-Provide constructive recommendations to Production in terms of manpower / machinery / equipment of optimization level
-Establish and well structure local IE teams in different region.
-Provide relevant training to optimize team proficiency and performance

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
-University degree in Fashion & Textile, preferably in Intimate Apparel or Industrial Engineering
-10-15 years of IE experience, of which minimum 7 years in managerial level
-Garment and apparel production experience preferable
-Proven track record in implementing IE tools and systems in production
-A strong team player and negotiator in balancing multiple discrepancies and demand among different business counter parts
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to put ideas / proposals across to others effectively
-Strong influencing skill to inspire people for on-going improvements and executions
-Well understand working culture of workers in different production countries
-Resourceful and strong networking / channel with machineries / equipment / tools companies in acquiring latest advancement in automation news
-Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
-5 days stay to work in China. Willing to attend overseas trips
