A German manufacturer for glass door locks and sliding door systems has a factory with about 60 workers in Shunde, Guangdong. For a better production and personnel management, we are looking for a Production Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible in managing, monitoring and optimizing the whole manufacturing process to ensure a proper production and increase efficiency, problems solving.

- Project management in production.

- Value analysis of products.

- Responsible in Quality Control according to German quality standard.

- Make production plan according to delivery date, make sure that products are produced on time.

- Select qualified suppliers for components, tools and raw materials needed, coordinate in ordering raw materials as well as visit main suppliers when necessary.

- Keep the workshop in an orderly and tidy status.

- Lead the team in the production department, train new employees.

- Ensure a smooth and effective communication with the Management both in Shunde and Germany.

Basic Requirements:

- Age 28-45, male, based in Shunde or nearby, with technical educational background related to machinery

- At least 5 years experience with leading function in production.

- Experience with metal products, in particular for the furniture or construction industry, would be an advantage

- Knowledge about European quality awareness

- Familiar with ERP-system.

- Excellent communication, organizational skills, good team leader.

- Open-minded, be able to work independently

- Sufficient level of written & spoken English.
