受某业内知名保健营养品企业委托招聘财务经理，要求如下：
岗位职责
Responsibility
1. 在集团财务管理体系下，监督和管理集团下属各分公司财务管理工作；
2. 围绕集团的发展战略及总体发展计划，拟定集团整体的预算、资金使用基础方案；
3. 负责审定各分公司财务计划和方案，并组织督导实施；
4. 负责对集团下属各分公司的财务进行管理，并负责对各项财务指标开展必要的经济分析；
5. 参与集团重要投资项目的分析和决策，为集团对外投资项目提供财务分析；
6. 负责开展对集团下属各分公司财务人员进行必要专业指导和督导。
任职资格
Requirements
1. 财会、金融等专业本科及以上学历，年龄40岁以下（通过 CPA 、 ACCA 等专业考试者优先）；
2. 5年以上中型规模以上制造业知名企业财务管理经历，其中三年以上集团财务部经理或以上岗位工作经验；
3. 通晓全面预算管理，擅长税务筹划、财务分析, 内部审计、公司治理和风险管理；
4. 熟知国家财税政策，对税务筹划有着敏锐的判断能力；
5. 思维敏锐，具备良好的分析判断能力和执行能力；
6. 具备较强的领导、组织、沟通和协调能力；
7. 具有良好的职业操守、开拓进取精神，能承受工作压力。
