Summary – This role acts as the primary, strategic HR business partner to assigned functional unit(s) within the Value Center and ensures the alignment, and delivery of HR strategic and service delivery needs across all areas/functions supported.

? Provides direction on all people- related Value Center priorities in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, and in coordination with the HR Shared Service function
? Provides strategic leadership to assigned organizations by supporting people related strategies and leading their implementation.
? Responsible for driving HR practices and processes that support the strategic objectives of the business in alignment with the Senior Business Partner.

1. Partners with VC HR VP and line leaders to implement HR strategies to grow talent and technical capability pipelines for the Value Center or Function and support the delivery of the operating plan.
2. Manages the design and implementation of structures that improve individual and organizational performance for assigned organization unit (includes support activities for mergers and acquisitions).
3. Supports line leaders in the development and implementation of strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change.
4. Provides coaching to line leaders and employees to support people management and performance management processes
5. Supports implementation of standardized processes for assigned organization units.
6. Provides support to line leaders on associate relations issues (works with Senior HR leader as needed to resolve complex issues).
7. Participates in the execution and implementation of Labor Relations strategies and the resolution of Labor Relations issues
8. Drives the development of recruitment strategies for key positions
9. Accesses HR data from Shared Services and other sources to support the analytics to guide decision making and measurement of results
10. Contributes directly to the development of short-midterm operational plans for the functions/groups supported
11. Supports the implementation of the HR organization model and partners with Centers of Expertise to:
? Implement performance management and learning and development solutions
? Enable rewards structures/guidelines and reward performance
? Define the future workforce requirements for the function and provide input to the talent strategy for the function or VC
? Execute recruitment processes.
? Support the Senior Business Partner in identifying, developing and engaging critical talent
? Support engagement and culture related strategies
12. Observe and support CR policies and procedures, and encourage employees to be actively involved in safety and health efforts.

Part 2. Describe the Person

Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

？ Bachelor Degree required, Masters in related area preferred.
？ Minimum of 8-10 years HR experience including minimum 5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role
？ Multi -Functional experience; Experience supporting at least 3 functional groups and working across multiple employee populations required; Global experience or multi-value center experience preferred
？ Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization including at senior levels
？ Experience leading significant HR projects/initiatives with demonstrated project management skills
？ Successfully develops/implements HR strategies linked to the VC/Functional business agenda
？ Supports activities associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
？ Experience investigating, and resolving complex employee relations matters and able to solve problems with a high level of complexity and spanning across a wide range of difficult and unique issues
？ Requires expertise of multiple job areas with broad knowledge and expertise in project management
？
？ Facilitates functional recruitment strategies and supports recruitment for senior level roles as needed
？ Provides broad, business centered HR support of all functional groups assigned
