职位描述
欧洲著名厨卫品牌上海分公司
工作职责：
1.分解所辖区域销量目标，并督促完成；
2.细化并执行公司营销策略；
3.规划和管理所辖省级市场及地级市场渠道结构，拓展经销商及维护；设计合理的渠道布点，针对渠道开展产品及服务的宣传工作；
4.辅导和协助经销商销售，建立良好的工作关系，扩展公司品牌的影响力；
5.综合分析并提供所辖区域市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；
6.督导经销商的销售政策的落实；负责实施公司的促销计划，并达成既定目标；
7.主持所辖区域重要客户的业务谈判，定期与经销商协同拜访重要客户；
8.完成部门上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1.市场营销相关专业本科以上学历。
2.5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上销售团队管理经验。有相关行业客户资源者优先考虑。
3.具备良好的营销策划能力、渠道拓展能力、团队领导能力、公共关系能力。
4.与经销商的谈判和沟通能力强，具备出色的市场分析洞察能力和独立的市场开拓能力。
5.勇于接受工作挑战，能够承担目标压力。
6.富有激情,执行力强,具有强烈的目标达成意识。
7.熟练操作办公软件，适应 出差。
8.完成部门上级交办的其他工作任务。
