Responsibilities:

• Monitor & manage entire operational activities and procedures in air operations


• Contributes to ensure that key targets for company growth, profitability are met

• Monitors established performance indicators (KPI/Control Items) including variance reports, operational reports, quality reports, initiating corrective actions as required

• Focuses on managerial concern of operation cost and control resource allocation, provides expert resolution of issues and monitors integration of the various working segments

• Maintain good relationship with customers to explore new business opportunities

• Monitor and control the compliance of the work flow and standard in the team

• Response for bidding and handle daily incoming enquiries from overseas or customers

• Will conduct performance evaluations for all staff within department and be responsible for coaching and counseling

Requirements:

• University graduates, major in Logistics Management is preferred


• Minimum of 6 years experience within the transportation / logistics industry and more than 3 years management experience.

• Currently involved air freight operations and development in International freight forwarding Company.

• Good interpersonal communication skill in price negotiation with relevant airline company or agent, and bring out positive results

· Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
