Job Responsibility:
- Draft, format and edit the business correspondence, letters, memos, reports
- Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors for GM, deal with different level people and solve the problems under the direction of GM
- Schedule meetings and write minutes; translate and interpret
- Organize and manage events; attend meetings/events on behalf of and with the GM
- Arrange domestic and international travels for GM


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above 本科以上学历
- At least 2 year of relevant experience 两年以上相关工作经验
- Good communication skills with different level of people, good organization and planning capability 能够与不同级别的人进行沟通，有良好的组织和计划能力
- Fluent English, good Spanish will be a priority. 英语流利，懂西班牙语者优先
- Time-efficient, positive, team spirits 工作积极主动，有良好的时间管理能力、团队协作精神

Orkli S. Coop. is a Spanish company engaged in manufacture and sale of components for central heating, domestic hot water, water heating and domestic appliances. It is part of the Components Division of Mondragon Corporacion. It was set up in 1982. They built a plant in Jiangsu in 2007. Thermoelectric safety is the main product.
