Synopsis:
As a Course Consultant at EF English First Kids & Teens, you will join our sales team to deliver high quality study plan and services to our students from 3-18 years old.

The role:

The Course Consultant position is an essential and key position in EF schools. You need to introduce suitable EF courses and study plan according to customer’s needs to develop positive relationships with customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

You will:

l Introduce suitable EF courses to potential customers and design study plan according to customer's needs

l Follow up on payment installment and close the sales contract to ensure achievement of monthly sales target

l Work with service team and academic team to ensure customers get cheerful and good study experience. Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals.

l Edit customer information and sales status into internal system timely and correctly

You have/are:

l Colleague or bachelor degree above, good Chinese and English language skills

l Minimum one year working experience in sales related field

l Able to work under pressure and would like to take challenger

l Self-motivated; result-driven; flexible

l Good communication and presentation skills

l Willing to work on weekend and have weekdays off.

l Educational industry background is a plus

课程顾问负责根据学员的需求为学员设计课程及学习计划，保持与顾客的良好沟通与联系并且完成既定的销售目标。

工作职责

-跟进预约客户，在客户到访前与客户做电话确认；
-接待至学校进行现场咨询的客户；
-为客户解答与公司及课程相关的所有疑问；
-通过沟通根据客户意愿为客户定制相应课程；
-负责课程产品的报价及合同签署
-完成校长安排的其他事项，包括按时参加学校会议及公司安排的培训等

核心要求

-大专及以上学历
-1年以上工作经验，优秀考虑优秀应届毕业生
-具备一定的英语基础，英语流利者优先
-乐于沟通，善于交流，性格开朗
-做5休2，周末上班，周中休息
-对待工作有责任心，具有快速学习能力
-具有团队合作精神
-具有培训及教育行业销售经验者优先
