MATERIAL & QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (M & QA ENGINEER)物料&质量保证工程师（皮革制品与工厂方面）

The main responsibilities:

- Quality control and quality assurance management (Release Non-Conformity Reports and follow up corrective and preventive actions in factories).质量控制与质量保证管理（发布NC报告以及跟进工厂所实施的改良及预防措施）

- Follow up deliveries and capacity according to request from Head Office.随时跟进根据总部要求进行的发货量与生产力

- Audit factories and carry out improvement projects in factory (Quality and Production improvement) 工厂审计以及工厂改进方案的执行（质量及生产改进）

- Update the procedures and quality control checklist according to the customer’s complaints.根据客户的投诉建议更新程序与质量控制检查表

- Report to the Head Office in EU (Spain) (Working with High level Management Team).向欧洲总部（西班牙）汇报工作（与高级管理团队工作）

- He/she shall likely do a trip to the Head Office in Spain for specific management and technical training as well. 愿意到西班牙总部进行规范管理及技术培训

It is required:

- Experience as an engineering, production or quality management for at least 2 years.至少有2年的工程师，生产或质量管理方面的工作经验

- It is highly appreciated experience in manufacturing and quality control on garment, textile industry, leather goods or other similar fields. 拥有制造及质量控制行业的与服装，纺织工业，皮革制造及质量管理相关经验的优先考虑

- Education and background should be engineering but focus on quality management, manufacturing, fabric and leather technology in a Technical School (similar to college level is enough).教育背景是与质量管理，制造业，纺织与皮革技术方面有关的工程学类专业者优先考虑（相关的大专院校水平也予以考虑）

- Skillful to motivate a team and improve relationship among foreign colleagues and other members.拥有较强的激励与调节改善外国或其他成员关系能力的优先考虑

- High persuasion capacity to lead and promote improvements and innovative changes in factories.拥有较强的领导和促进提高及工厂改革的说服能力

- Very team oriented whether with Chinese or foreign people.拥有较强的团队精神

- Capable to manage and drive information to different people and teams whether foreign or nationals.在不同国籍的同事中拥有较强的管理及信息推动能力

- Methodical and detail oriented to assure 100% achievement.有条理注重细节确保100%成功

- Proactive and very positive mentality 具有前瞻性以及积极主动的心态

- Skillful user of Windows office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) 熟练操作Windows办公系统

- Chinese Nationality. Native Mandarin. Cantonese is highly appreciated too. 中国国籍.国语.或粤语优先虑

- Good enough oral and writing English for business and engineering.在商务及工程学方面拥有足够好的英语口语以及英语听说书写能力

- Other knowledge and experiences are greatly appreciated such improvement techniques (5S, Lean Management, Kaizen ), Purchasing, Quality control tools, statistics etc 拥有其他方面如改进技术（5S，精益管理，经营方法改善），采购，质量控制工具，统计学等经验的优先考虑

- Salary in the first year to be negotiated, from 50,000 to 90,000 rmb per year - Final salary shall depend on candidate’s values 第一年工资待定（年薪从50,000到90,000）-工资发放根据应聘者工作表现
