Key Responsibilities:
1. To execute and monitor the sales plan, budget, and action plan in such a way that the forecasted sales are achieved.
2. To develop business in specific market segments with the principle of projects management.
3. To maintain and develop contacts with current and potential customers in the wood-coating UV business.
4. To manage the application Lab in Shenyang to make samples for customers in northeast region.
5. To coordinate resources between distribution channel and company to match requirements of customers in northeast region.
6. To manage technician sales and application team in northeast region.

Requirements:
1. Level of education: Bachelor/college degree (chemical or commercial background)
2.Level of experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant sales, technical experience in wood coating industry( furniture or flooring).
3. Excellent business development ability, good communication and coordination skills.
4. Level of computer skill: Be familiar with personal computer operational skills (MS office, Email...)
5. Valid Driving License.
6. Honest and diligent.
