Job Responsibilities (List in order of importance) :
1.Drive and Deliver the sales direction and strategies in order to achieve the Company sales and store opening targets
2.Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers such as department store GMs and landlord management teams etc
3.Analyze the marketplace, consumer behavior and competitors’ activities to determine the right sales/channel strategies, in driving continuous growth and market share in the region.
4.Analyze market trend, sales forecast and store performance and responsible for new product launch achievement
5.Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and market share
6.Coach and monitor sales team to improve service quality, selling technique and product knowledge
7.Work closely with other departments and come out with a good sales plan and strategy to achieve the sales target


Education Level & Professional Qualification:
1.Degree holder in business or marketing is preferred
2.Years of experience:
3.At least 5 to 8 years' managerial experience in key account management/sales preferably from FMCG/luxury industry
4.At least 15 years sales experience
5.Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills required:
6.Analytical, creative, result,-oriented and passionate about sales and relationship building
7.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
8.Good presentation skill
9.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
10.Proficiency in MS office
