Job description:
1. Coordinate Inspection between inspectors and suppliers to arrange trip schedule and working task;
2. Daily communication with oversea offices and respond to clients’ query if required;
3. Check inspection reports and expense report
4. Train and supervise new coordinators
5. Assist Department Manager on other working tasks;

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Fluent English for both speaking and writing ; Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
3. At least 2 years working experience in customer service, candidate with experience in inspection company, lab is preferable
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Can work independently and efficiently under pressure;

岗位职责：
1. 每天与验货员和供应商协调, 安排验货行程
2. 与总部保持沟通，并根据需要回复客户的咨询及疑问
3. 核查验货报告和费用报告
4. 培训及指导新的协调员
5. 上级交代的其他事项

职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历
2. 流利的英文书面表达能力及较好口语沟通能力
3. 有验货公司, 实验室或代理采购商经验, 熟悉外贸检验流程
4. 两年以上的客服类工作经验，较好的沟通协调能力, 抗压能力强
