Objectives:

- Lead CRM team members to maintain clients. Make sure that clients are satisfied by the services provided by the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identify the sales operation process and customer management issues thought the activity performance and sales outcome analysis.

- Track and monitor CRM team activity process through good communication and related meeting

- Building and maintaining relationships with leaders in governmental agencies and key partners within the China market.

- Through the full view on CRM process analysis to carry out the valuable report with comments to KAM.

- Manage client expectation, forecast and year tender.

- Evaluate CRM initiatives and other performance.

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor or above. Major in cooling or electrics, experience in Testing / Certification industry is preferred;

- At least 5 years working experience in sales or Client Relationship management field and 2 years working experience as a team leader;

- Familiar with German market is preferred;

- Strong business sense, good skill to build relationship with client;

- Customer-oriented, strong communications and interpersonal skills, good negotiation skill;

- Good English communication skill in oral and written.
