职位描述
Responsibilities:
Customer and Supplier Management.
Support specified sourcing initiatives.
Manage on-going customer relationships and resolve any service issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Project Management:
1. Initiate and manage new program launch and internal line-review processes
2. Lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful on-time launch; including: financial analysis, project planning & monitoring (Project Tracking Tools), and delivering final program options to business units.
3. Support development of global strategies, methodologies, policies and processes, i.e. global sourcing strategies, supplier performance and cost management system, supplier database development, ISO certification, etc.
Sourcing/Negotiation/Supplier Evaluation:
1. Identify and qualify potential suppliers in assigned region and negotiate best total cost and terms.
2. Complete regional supplier selection process
3. Negotiate direct manufacturing relationship whenever possible.
4. On-going problem-solving and management of regional based suppliers.
5. Supplier performance management as specified by business units/customer.
6. Identify and qualify the right suppliers the first time on a global scale.
7. Execute new program launch from the supplier identification phase to implementation and delivery in a timely fashion.
8. Negotiate all elements of assigned supplier relationships to ensure lowest total cost of procurement, including product cost, various commercial terms and performance metrics, etc.
9. Responsible for securing compliance to terms and conditions of Supplier Agreement Letter
10. Develop and manage broad and deep supplier relationships with assigned key/strategic suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance
11. Identify and execute opportunities for procurement cost reduction and better supplier performance, including conversion of indirect agent-based business to factory direct, alternating suppliers or products, contract renegotiations based on market changes, etc., working in conjunction with appropriate functional areas as needed
12. Execute supplier and cost management system/metrics for assigned suppliers and demonstrate continuous improvement
Support implementation of service metrics by driving supplier performance measured in i.e. on-time delivery, quality, compliance etc….
13. Implement and maintain supplier/market intelligence database for assigned suppliers and region
14. Conduct supplier/market research and track global manufacturing and sourcing
15. New program implementation
Qualifications:
1) At least 3 years procurement/sourcing experiences. Working for foreign companies and in a MRO industry is a plus
2) Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking)
3) Accept travel to other city (more than 50% trave needed)
