1. Document and make file for new employees, once approved by owners.
2. Prepare and update the files for existing employees
3. Prepare the files and give them to Cinancial Accountant to pay social insurance for all employees
4. Review daily that all employees have stamped their timecards with the entrance and exit time.
5. Calculate each month’s salaries for each employee after review and approval of timecards from HR Manager
6. Purchase of office supplies and first aid kit for the factory.
7. Apply the injury fund from the insurance company
8. Calculate salary for payment
9. Make sure that all office employees comply with office hours (daily 8 hours, from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1hour for lunch)
10. Assist Operations Director in tasks related to the plant
11. Demonstrate sound work ethics
