Administrative Assistant cum Project Support



Responsibilities:

a) Perform overall tasks in related to office administration and management in day-to-day basic. These include office system implementation, company policies execution, secretarial tasks, filing and documentation, petty cash reimbursements, scheduling and coordinating works, liaison with third parties (governmental & regulatory departments, company bankers, service providers, and other vendors) , and other tasks delegated from superior.



b) Supporting company practices and client projects in Recruiting & Search, Consulting, Corporate Formation, Market Survey & Research, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Systems & Software Development, and etc.



c) Perform other job-related duties and take up new area of responsibilities as required from time to time.



Requirements:

1) Ideally the applicant has one or two year experience in administrative work and/ or project support role. Fresh graduate or Intern is welcome to apply.

2) Native Chinese and able to communicate in English is a plus.

3) Detailed oriented, well organized, systematic in work, professional and take close monitor in getting delegated tasks done.
