Independently leads the effort to provide advance test methodologies, and to provide new and innovative products to support customer demands. This position is considered to be a knowledgable in product relate to ferrite and its component or at least experience in develop various testing methodologies and products in passive component.

Responsibilities:
Develop testing methodologies on product performance to fulfill customer and market demands.
Identifying new technologies for the BU and initiating projects that result in technical competitive advantage.
Supply technical support and maintain data integrity.
Provide technical direction to support the BU’s technology objectives.
Manage technological advancements for products to remain competitive in the market.
Develop and write technical articles
Work closely with manufacturing engineering and product management group to develop new products that will enable Laird Technologies to be a global market leader.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal manufacturing and technology groups in order to respond to market changes and customer demands.
Research market, patents and scientific publications to develop a product technology roadmap for the BU.
Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
