TEAM LEADER OF MERCHANDISER TEAM (QUOTATION AND PRODUCTION MERCHANDISERS)
· Be a good role model /an leader and work on building the team to a top performing team.
· Evaluate, identify talents through dialogue talks. Make sure that all staff will develop and grow by giving & taking feedback.
· Have the general overview of the quotation and production merchandisers work performance and their need of education and support
· Support merchandiser team to be proactive and to take more initiatives &solve problems and share them with the rest of the group.
· Ensure that preorder is customized and optimized.
· Set and coordinate team goals in accordance with PO goals.
· Check& follow the workload of quotation, production merchandisers and merchandiser assistants.
· Coordinate the team's holidays, traveling and education.
· Work closely with PM to secure capacity management
· Supervise and control that best price, quality and lead-times are given to our customers.
· Make sure that customer and concepts are clear to every merchandiser and technician.
· Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods.
· Supervise communication with buyers and suppliers.
· Work closely with Senior Technician, Senior QC and COC to ensure best final product.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER TEAMS
· Strengthen cooperation with technicians, QC, COC , Lab and DC in order to secure best garments for bulk production.
· Share experience and problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn by our mistakes.
COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO
· Create a good dialogue with buyers and section managers in SEBO.
· Encourage team to take more approvals and decisions in PO.
COOPERATION WITH SUPPLIERS
· Good knowledge of suppliers' price, quality, capacity & lead-times.
· Evaluate Suppliers performance together with the rest of the team. Involve in capacity management (planning and evaluation) together with PM.
Additional qualities needed to general PO profile
· Business minded
· Interest in fashion
· Analytical skilled
· Quality conscious
BACKGROUND
· Education - Graduate Textile Engineer,Industrial Engineer,BA/Economy Degree
· Work experience - preferred with exeprience for working with relevant products and in buying office
