一 .工作内容Job’s goals

1.Assure that quality provided by suppliers meet customers quality standard so no complaints from customer（确保供应商所提供的产品质量达到客户的要求的质量标准）

2.Avoid non-conformities found by customer then avoid reworks or scrap by customer.

二. 主要职责 Main responsibilities

1.Run quality inspection according to customer′s standard.

2.Sometimes arrange and supervise the works of inspectors in the factories

3.Audit quality and production factory processes to confirm whether there is non-conformities or risks then agree corrective action and follow it up to assure efficiency of actions taken.

4.Know all technical standards according to the company and make sure that all quality certifications are correct and valid for the imported products.

5.Do training to the factory team to improve run test, audits and inspections effectively.

6.Issue inspection and engineering reports.

7.Provide technical solution to problems related to new production.

8.Monitor quality data from suppliers to confirm quality performance of factory.

9.Carry out preventive actions to avoid quality and technical issues of products and materials supplied, always coordinated with Head Quarter.

10.Transfer technical information and specifications to suppliers in right way to avoid future mistakes.

三.要 求Request

1.Good English listening, speaking, comprehension and writing.熟练的英语听说读写能力

2.Background (essential): Textile or leather engineering degree / Textile and leather Quality Control 背景：纺织或制革工程/纺织和皮革质量管理

3.Previous experience desired: Quality Control and Production Engineering. It is highly preferred experience in leather goods, fashion accessories (bags, suitcases) or garment industries.相关工作经验：QC和生成工艺（工程）.有皮革产品，服饰配件（包带，手提箱等）或服装行业相关经验者优先考虑
