Our client is the USA famous chemical company.

AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责:

1). Ensure the implementation of global safety programs including PSM, SOAR, LOTO,MoC etc. to achieve an incident free workshop. Responsible for 6S campaign in Production.
确保Global的安全体系得以实施包括PSM,SOAR, LOTO,MoC等以实现创建一个没有事故的车间。 负责推行6S
2). Take a good control of energy consumption, waste management etc.
控制好能耗，废物管理
3). Develops appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with manufacturing work instructions using operational principles and practices and following applicable laws, rules, and regulations; monitors compliance with these areas
改进适用的政策和程序来确保符合制造和操作的原理、实践以及适用的法律法规和规定。
4). Ensure a proper process control on product quality including pre-production, in-process and post production
取保生产各个过程都有良好的质量控制包括生产前，生产中和生产
5). Sustain a good FRC
保持良好的
6). Utilize FMEA for handling failure batch
对于问题批次能够很好地运用FMEA进行跟进
7) Ensure the OTIF in line with the management expectation
确保实现公司制定的OTIF
8) Be responsible for customer needs
积极应对客户的需求
9) Collaborated with CS and Quality team to handle customer complaints
和客服质量部一起处理客户投诉
10). Maintain effective cost reduction & control.

11). Manages the production operations of the plant, which includes the implementation and administration of production programs and schedules, safety initiatives, applicable product and quality improvement measures, and related areas.
管理工厂生产运转，包括管理执行生产程序和计划，安全第一准则，可适用的产品和质量改进方法等。
12). Develops, analyzes and reviews a variety of production reports to improve safety, quality, on time in full, low cost, working through employees.
改进、分析并且回顾各种产品的报告，以降低成本，改善安全措施、生产线、质量、效率、循环率，产量以及必需的设备管理改革。

Education, Technical Qualification
& Experience
学历、技术要求、工作经验:

Bachelor or above
At least 5 year management experience preferably in median to large coating or chemical manufacturing companies in coating industry.

Must have strong leadership skills.
Must be able to uphold high standards of performance for himself and those employees working for him
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Must have a desire to maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Must honestly assess and work to improve employee performance.
Leading plant and operational changes;
Developing and implementing policies and procedures;
Applying broad project management principles and practices;
Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations;
Applying operations management principles;
PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications;
