职位描述
Channel Development
(1) Maintain existing channels by supporting customers with terget segment focus and develop new channels by industry (banking, finance, government etc) and actively working with major top accounts in order to increase district sales revenue.
(2) Support customers with target segment focus, identify potential customers and take recruitment action with priority in order to penetrate more market share.
(3) Manage the channel conflicts in order to maximize the return to Tyco Electronics.Project winning percentage in target market segment

Implementation of Sales & Marketing Plan
Understand company direction and apply it into sales activities, execute marketing plan, organize and participate in company marketing event in order to increase sales revenue.New product sales result

Sales Activities
Pursue sales leads, make plan and take action on project sales, negotiate the project price, coordinate with customer service and technival support, support the sales strategies (with distributor, VAR, ND&I and SI) in order to achieve sales target and develop channel.Target achievement

(1) Build up and maintain good customer relationship, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with responsible personnels of various departments in order to provide prompt and qualified solution.
