Key Accountability
1. visit customer and make right product introduction and recommendation, mainly focus on Waterborne coating( OEM,VR, GI &Deco), construction ,textile and ink;
2. develop start point formulation based on Nuplex product, focus on WB segment ;
3. Transfer WB marketing information and customer requirements to R&D , raise R&D project and set priority based potential CM contribution and future needs;
4. Support R&D doing evaluation test and confirm the performance can meet customer requirements;
5. Put more effort on new product promotion;
6. Support technical team do trouble shooting and complaint handling;
7. Make application test and deliver detailed report;
8. Follow Nuplex HSE policy

Job Holder Qualifications
1.　l Above Bachelor degree in organic, polymer or colloid chemistry, with affinity for and practical experience on the preparative side
2.　Very good communication skills, fluent in English
3. 5 years WB industry paint working experience , Waterborne automotive coating is an advantage
4.　Management skills is must
5.　Familiar with WB resin and WB paint industry ;
6.　Familiar with WB paint formulation designing and application test
