岗位职责：
1、 领导制定事业部发展战略，提出经营规划方案并组织实施，实现公司业务和投资回报的持续稳定增长；
2、 与股东保持良好沟通，定期汇报经营战略和计划的执行情况、资金运用情况和盈亏情况、机构和人员调配情况及其他重大事宜；
3、 重组或完善事业部的管理体系：主持、推动关键管理流程和规章制度的建设，规范内部管理，及时进行组织和流程的优化调整，主持管理团队建设，领导建立内部良好的沟通渠道，协调各部门关系，不断提高组织和团队的战斗力。
4、 代表公司参加重大业务、外事或其它重要活动。

任职要求：
1、 本科以上学历，理工科专业或经营管理类专业，十年以上压缩机制造行业经验，五年以上行业国内营销、经营高层管理工作经验；
2、 熟悉行业国内市场状况；敏锐的市场意识，较强的客户开发和资源整合能力；
3、 熟悉企业经营管理和企业的全面运作及各部门的工作流程，在团队管理方面有极强的领导才能。
4、 其它素质要求：成就导向；团队全作；培养他人；具备良好的业绩记录和职业口碑，富工作激情。
