Director

Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating strategies for material and formula development, leading the research and development direction of new technologies, materials, and formulas;
- Continuously developing high-performance new materials and formulas, and creating competitive product solutions;
- Responsible for technical communication with customers, in-depth understanding of market demand, and achieving market demand transformation;
- According to the company's strategy, responsible for the implementation and application of new technologies and materials in the company's strategic products;
- Responsible for technical communication with high-quality supply resources and gaining a deep understanding of the development trends of upstream supply resources;
- Assist in the discussion of international and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree or master degree in chemistry, polymer materials, environmental engineering, and related majors;
- More than 8 years of research and development experience, more than 3 years of experience in the same position, with experience in the filter (air/water purification) industry;
- Familiar with the development process of materials and formulas, familiar with project management of new products;
- Excellent team management skills, good communication and coordination skills;
- English can serve as the working language.
