工作职责：

1.拟定人力资源需求、开发配置，以及人员培训工作；加强企业发展过程中的团队建设；

2.优化公司各项规章制度，并监督与贯彻执行；  

3.归档企业文件并作出系统管理；

4.参与企业绩效的制定和管理；对公司奖惩规定的监督与执行；

5.维护并优化企业办公人文和办公环境，提高员工凝聚力，建立积极企业文化；

6.带2-3人团队，负责广州和上海整体人事行政工作。

岗位要求：

1.本科统招以上学历；

2.8年以上人事行政工作经验；

3.积极，乐观，善于表达与沟通，聆听能力强；

4.具备一定的格局和视野，满足企业快速发展需求；

5.具备一定的文字表达能力。
