职位描述
Responsibilities:
New Customer Development:
1. Define in collaboration with GM the sales strategy to develop new customers, taking into account our strengths and weaknesses.
2. Market research within defined industries, follow up competitors activity, look for new customers and take actions to attract those new customers.
3. Attend and manage a quickly response to any changes and/or customer needs.
Offer Management with new customers:
1. Coordinate offer proposals making, tracking, negotiating and managing them with customer.
2. Prepare offers and RFQ within required quality, and defend them technically and economically.
3. Track offers made. Give priority to queries based on their estimated chance of success.
4. Have a clear picture about the cost breakdown and bidding process of an automation project. Risk control awareness.
5. Negotiate sales contracts in accordance with conditions set under different concepts: price, time, gross margin, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, penalties, etc.
6. Work closely with the R&D and Production Department, corresponding internal order and project launch meeting, the technical specification, estimated production and supply costs.
7. Follow all the processes of the new projects until the mass production.
Tasks:
1. Update the list of the potential customers and increase it with new customers aligned with the sales strategy defined.
2. Preparation and implementation of the weekly visit plan.
3. Keep in permanent contact with potential customers.
4. Attend and manage a quickly response to any necessity of potential customer.
5. Complete visit reports, monthly reporting and required other documents.
6. Offer Management:
a Under Plant Manager supervision coordinate offer proposals making, tracking, negotiating, and managing them.
b Prepare offer proposals for customers within required quality and defend them technically and economically.
c Track offers made. Filter and give priority to queries based on their estimated chance of success and on our
capacities.
d Under Plant Manager supervision negotiate sales contracts in accordance with conditions set under different
concepts: price, time, gross margin, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, penalties, etc.
e Support the engineering and production department with all the information required from customer side, for the
cost calculation and any other additional necessity that will be required.
f Organize and manage meetings (internal and with customer) to ensure the quickly answer to the necessities of the
customer.
