岗位职责：
1、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、建立并推行实施公司各类规章制度；
3、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；
4、管理劳动合同，负责招聘工作，执行招聘工作流程，协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；
5、负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案；
6、较高的英文听、说、读、写能力。

Responsibilities:
1.To fulfill the quantified work requirements periodically under the superior's direction and able to finish what has to be done independently.
2.Set up and carry out all regulations and systems of the Company;
3.Implement and coordinate human resources management work such as recruitment, welfare, employee relations;
4.Manage labor contracts, conduct employment and dismissal procedures;
5.Be in charge in all documents of human resource department;
6.More than average level of English.

SKAEMA is an Italian brand founded in 1982 by Gianfranco Amadardo.
