Key Accountabilities:

1. Management of direct material purchasing.
2. To be the export in supply base- leading the negotiation/discussion on long term contracts with suppliers for serial production.
3. Build purchasing strategy for company and keep good relationship with Suppliers.
4. Develops RFQs, analyzes supplier responses, selects the best suppliers, negotiates and secures supply contracts on time, place purchase orders, handle the quality issues etc.
5. Analyzing and identifying cost reduction opportunities，Continuously develop the new suppliers to cut procurement spend and avoid materials shortages.
6. Other tasks assigned by leader.

 

Technical Skills, experience and knowledge:

1. ？     Bachelor’s degree or above
2. ？     Major in Chemical Engineering or Purchasing/Supply Chain Management
3. ？     2+ years’ experience in purchasing management experiences
4. ？     Good written and verbal communication skills needed both in Chinese and English
5. ？     Excellent and interpersonal and communication skill
6. ？     Strong analytical skills and ability to develop metrics and presentations
7. ？     Ability to work under pressure and strive for deadlines
8. ？     Microsoft Pack office, advanced excel skills, Kingdee or SAP systems
