职位: 生产成本，应付会计
工作地点:广东顺德市
汇报对象:财务总监

主要职责：
负责应付，供应商管理，生产成本，定价和库存管理，包括：
1. 负责成本中心原始凭证的审核，供应链单据的审核，制造费用分摊、成本计算等账务处理；
2. 按时完成月结和成本报表分析工作，对成本相关数据、应付和供应商报表准确性负责；
3. 规范监督工厂领料、存货管理，协助改善与成本工作相关的生产、供应链业务流程；
4. 新建供应商账户并及时更新账期等相关信息；
5. 根据供应商账期安排付款，推动平稳的流程包括监控未决的发票的状态和跟进付款的问题。（不匹配的采购订单和发票，没有收货的发票以及等待批准的发票等）；
6. 协助完善应付及相关费用的流程控制及不断挖掘成本费用节约的可能性并进行实施；
7. 公司分配的其它工作。

职位要求：
1. 会计/财务/经济类同等专业，学士学位或大专学历；
2. 2年或以上的生产会计以及应付相关财会工作经验；
3. 良好的沟通能力，高度责任感和团队协作精神；
4. 熟练操作办公软件(特别是Excel)，熟悉Sage ACCPAC 财务软件最好；
5. 良好的英语读写能力。

Job Title: Accountant, Account Payable & Production Costing
Job Location: Shunde, Guangdong
Reporting: Head of Finance

Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for account payables, supplier management, payment arrangement & processing, production costing, pricing and inventory management, including：
1. Verify the original voucher of costing and supply chain receipts. Deal with manufacturing expenses allocation, cost calculation etc.
2. Accomplish monthly balance and analysis cost statement; guarantee the relevant data of costing and the accuracy of report for account payables/ suppliers.
3. Supervise factory picking, inventory management; assist improve the work flow of production and supply chain which is related to costing.
4. Establish new supplier profile and account as well as maintain the supplier database
5. Properly arrange the payment in accordance with the credit terms set for respective suppliers. Drive the smooth process including monitoring the status of pending invoices and follow the issues of payments.(unmatched PO and invoices, invoices not goods received, invoices awaiting approval, and etc)
6. Support the senior accountant for the key expenditures control, and conduct the process improvement to find out potential cost reduction opportunities.
7. Other jobs assigned by company and/or Finance Head as company growth.

Candidate Profile Requirements:
1. Bachelor or college degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics or equivalent
2. At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing costing and supplier payables are required for this position.
3. Excellent communication skill, high degree of responsible and good team work spirit
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (strong excel skills) and Sage ACCPAC finance system.
5. Good command of English in writing and reading。
