我们的客户是一家东南亚个人护理用品及家居清洁用品市场领导品牌的集团公司。

城市经理-主要负责经销商渠道：

工作地点： 桂林或柳州（主要负责桂林和柳州区域）

工作职责：

1、负责桂林和柳州区域销售计划的制定，销售团队的建立及渠道拓展、管理； 

2、根据当地的市场情况，设计符合当地特色的销售模式和开展有效的销售活动；

3、与客户建立良好的合作关系，维持良好的客勤关系；

4、负责区域年度促销活动规划，费用预算；

5、有效进行费用管理，确保客户准时回款；

6、定期收集及反馈公司产品及竞品的市场分销情况，分析产品发展趋势，对公司产品的发展方向提出建议。

岗位要求：

1、6年以上快销品销售经验，其中至少4日化用品销售经验；

2、熟悉桂林和柳州的日用品市场，有较好的客勤关系和市场资源，熟悉当地经销商渠道与有效管理经销商；

3、以结果为导向，善于激励及带领下属达成目标；

4、抗压能力强，能适应经常出差。
