职位描述

Primary responsibilities

1. Assist line manager to administrate daily HR Operations including but

not limited to below:

?  Onboarding and Offboarding

?  Organizational Changes

?  Leave Management

?  Compensation & Benefit Management

?  Performance Management

?  People Master Files Maintenance

?  HR Reporting

?  HR Systems Administration

?  Any other daily HR operations

2. Provides observation and analysis of data and information to line

manager.

3. Liaison on company policies, procedures, and guidelines for

employees and respond to requests for employee file information.

4. Support HR operations in other functions, such as Talent Acquisition,

Training and Development, Employee Relationship, etc.

5. Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as

needed or directed.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Budgeting & Control

- Assist Line Manage to make AOP (Annual Operation Plan) and run

daily operation within approved budget and to forecast spending

when needed.

- Make sure the cost and expenses in responsible areas are well

recorded and factual base.

2. Continuous Improvement

- Make continuous proposals to Line Manager for optimizing utility of

resources in responsible areas.

- Implement the approved improvement projects.


Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience in HR function for Jr. role; while at

least 5 years working experience for Sr. role. C&B and performance

management-oriented experience is a plus

?  Solid knowledge in full function HR practices, Labor Laws and other

government rules and regulations related to Human Resources. HR

knowledge for other regions (esp. HK, UK & US) is a plus.

?  Excellent analytical skill

?  Good project management sense

?  Good listening & interpersonal skills and ability to work with parties from

different levels and cultural backgrounds, and care for details

?  Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight schedule in a matrix

organization and in cross-functional business teams

?  Good problem identifying and solving skill as well as good sense of

urgency

?  Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

(Cantonese &/ Mandarin)

?  Strong computer skills including MS office tools – Word, Excel &

PowerPoint, etc., and other business support systems

?  College degree or above
