3. 抗压能力强，善于沟通，有一定的团队管理能力

4. 熟悉招聘和员工管理，有过hrbp或者招聘经理经验的优先考虑

工作内容：

1. 为业务部门提供一站式支持，了解部门需求，及时补充团队招聘需求

2. 工作内容以招聘为主，其他以部门需求提供支持

3.员工关系管理，各类文化活动的组织和实施等

4. 确保员工沟通顺畅，手机员工合理化建议，提升员工满意度等
