Responsibilities 主要职责:

• Deep understand client request and come up with solutions; provide technical support to client and field service team   深度了解客户需求并提供解决方案；为客户和现场服务团队提供技术支持
• Project Management, design reviews and presentations; Monitor the whole process of the project from evaluation, program development verification, manufacturing and delivery   项目管理，设计审查和演示；监控项目从评估、方案开发验证、制造交付全流程工作
• Track the problem solving status, manage the project status, and report to the superior in time    跟踪问题解决状况，管理项目状态，并及时汇报上级
• Support Key Account Manager and Customers in sales efforts    支持大客户经理和客户进行销售工作
• Assist in CCC certification    协助CCC认证

Basic Requirements 基本要求:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering    本科及以上，通信或电子工程相关专业
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar positions; SECTOR: Solar, Power Electronics    3~5年项目管理或新产品导入NPI经验（相关行业：太阳能光伏，汽车电子）
• Fluent English (preferred with co-working experience with overseas team)    英语听说读写流利
• Familiar with products related to mechatronics, inverters/DC converter, RF communication and different wired communication protocols (TCP-IP, Zigbee, etc.)     熟悉机电一体化，逆变器/转换器，RF通信，无线通讯和有线通信协议（TCP-IP, Zigbee 等）
• Able to understand Block diagrams, schematics and component information; Able to read PLC and embedded programs; Prototypes testing    能够理解电路框图，原理图和组件信息；能够读取PLC和嵌入式程序；原型测试
• Customer-orientation, outstanding internal and external communication skills and good at coordinating the resources     客户导向，良好的对内/对外沟通技巧，善于协调资源
• Team spirit, can-do attitude, self-management and punctual     具有良好的团队合作精神和自我管理能力
• Availability for domestic and international business travel     可以受国内外出差

Preferred Skills/Experience: 以下经验者优先

• Projects experience in: solar mounting tracking system, body electronics, interior and exterior lighting     参与过太阳能支架跟踪系统，车身电子，内外饰灯具的电子产品开发项目
• Solar trackers controllers based on PLC or microcontrollers     了解基于PLC或微控制器的太阳能跟踪器控制器
