工作职责：

1. 负责为业务部门提供一站式支持，密切关注和了解业务部门管理和发展需求， 并把业务的需求和挑战转化为相关的 HR行动；

2. 根据业务部门年度人员编制和区域人员工作需求，进行人员的配备及招聘，优化人员架构，确保人员及时到位；

3. 搭建可持续发展的人才梯队，关注人才发展及团队凝聚力；

4. 员工关系管理，各类文化活动的组织和实施等；

5. 确保员工沟通顺畅，收集员工合理化建议，提升员工满意度等。

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，人力资源或其他相关专业；

2. 8年以上大型制造业人力资源管理工作经验；

3. 心态积极，责任心/执行力/抗压能力强，善于沟通协调，有较强的解决问题的能力；
